Flash 5 Draw 06 – AU425L – Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions are Flash 5 Draw 06 Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

1.2 Any terms used in the Flash 5 Draw 06 Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Flash 5 Draw 06 Terms and Conditions.

1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the Flash 5 Draw 06 Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) Flash 5 Draw 06 Terms and Conditions;

b) $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

c) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

d) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry;

e) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

f) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

g) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1 The Flash 5 Draw 06 'F5D06' is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713 under the following permits: ACT Permit No. TP25/00267, NSW Authority No. TP/00153, SA Permit No. M14680.

2.2 F5D06 will open from 12:00am and close at 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday, 27 March 2025.

2.3 F5D06 will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Thursday, 3 April 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.4 Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Thursday, 3 April 2025.

3. Entry and Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible, customers must:

a) Purchase a valid entry into the Prize Home Draw AU425L via the Dream Home Art Union website (www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au), Call Centre (1300 775 888) between 12:00am and 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday, 27 March 2025; and

b) Not purchase that entry via Direct Debit payment.

3.2 Each customer who meets the eligibility criteria listed in clauses 3.1 will receive one (1) entry in F5D06, regardless of the number of entries/ tickets purchased in the Prize Home Draw AU425L.

3.3 Additional tickets/ entries are not available for this exclusive draw. If you have nominated yourself and another person on one Dream Home Art Union account, you and the other person together will be taken to be a single entrant for the purpose of F5D06.

3.4 Your entry into F5D06 is by your unique sales reference number located on your ticket in the Prize Home Draw AU425L which is used to validate the drawn winning entry. You will not be sent a separate F5D06 ticket.

4. Prize

4.1 One (1) individual prize is available in F5D06, consisting of $5,000 cash.

4.2 Any cash prizes exceeding $2,000 will be paid to the winner by crossed cheque made out to the winner (which may be in two names if you have nominated yourself and another person to be VIP Club Members) or by EFT into a bank account nominated by the winner.

4.3 You may elect for the whole prize to be paid by the method in clause 4.2 by notifying us.

5. Unclaimed Prizes

5.1 5.1 Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of F5D06. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for three months following the Draw, a re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 3 July 2025, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 at by way of approved random number generator.
