VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws - AU431L - Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws Terms and Conditions apply to the Every Day Draw and Big Cash Draw and VIP High Life Draw and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at dreamhomeartunion.com.au/Terms-And-Conditions.

1.2 Any terms which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in these VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws Terms and Conditions.

1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions listed in a) to e), the following will prevail in the descending order of precedence:

(a) VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws Terms and Conditions;

(b) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP Club Members are eligible for entry;

(c) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

(d) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

(e) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1 The VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws AU431L consist of three different types of Draws conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713 (trading as Dream Home Art Union) which are open to eligible VIP Club Members only who meet the eligibility criteria in clause 3.1.

2.2 The open dates, close dates, draw dates and the permit numbers of each of the VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws AU431L are set out below.

*A detailed schedule of all open, close and draw dates for Every Day Draws for AU431L is set out at Clause 8 below.

2.3 A total of seven Every Day Draws will be drawn each week. Eligible VIP Club Members will qualify to enter one Every Day Draw for each day within a week they remain a VIP Club Member and meet the eligibility requirements in clause 3.1.

2.4 The Every Day Draw for the 7 days from Tuesday to the following Monday will be drawn on the following Thursday. See the diagram below.

2.5 The VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws will be conducted at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator on the dates listed in the table in clause 2.2.

2.6 Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published on the drawn dates of each draw listed in the table in clause 2.2 at dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners.

3. Entry and Eligibility

3.1 All VIP Club Members who are up-to-date with their Monthly Payments and whose VIP Club subscription has not been cancelled, paused or suspended at the date of the close of the relevant VIP Club Exclusive Draw will be provided with entries into the relevant VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws. For example, if you paused your VIP Club subscription in the middle of a week, you would only be eligible for the days in that week prior to pausing your VIP Club subscription.

3.2 The number of entries allocated to you for each of the VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws will be determined by your most recently paid Monthly Ticket Book at the date of the close of the relevant VIP Club Exclusive Draw as per the table below:

3.3 If you have different Monthly Ticket Books for General Lottery Draws and Golden Treasure Draws, it will be your most recently paid Monthly Ticket Book at the date of the close of the relevant VIP Club Exclusive Draw that will determine your number of entries in that Draw.

3.4 Additional entries are not available for the VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws. For example, if you have a $50 Monthly Ticket Book subscription and also separately purchase an additional $30 ticket book in a relevant Prize Home Draw, you will only be eligible for the 20 entries allocated to your $50 Monthly Ticket Book subscription, not to any additional entries associated with your additional $30 ticket book purchase.

3.5 If you have nominated yourself and another person as VIP Club Members on one account, you and the other person together will be taken to be a single VIP Club Member for the purpose of entry to the VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws.

3.6 Your entries into the VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws are determined by the unique sales reference numbers which appear on the Prize Home Draw tickets you purchased through your VIP Club subscription, and which are used to validate the winning entry. You will not be sent separate VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws tickets.

4. Prize

4.1 The prize in each Every Day Draw is $2,000 cash.

4.2 The prize in the Big Cash Draw is $250,000 cash.

4.3 The prizes in the three VIP High Life Draws total to a combined prize value of $150,000 and is described in clauses 6, 7 and 8 below.

4.4 Any cash prize exceeding $2,000 will be paid to the winner by EFT into a bank account nominated by the winner (which may be in two names if you have nominated yourself and another person on the one VIP Club Member account).

5. Unclaimed Prizes

5.1 In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for three months following any VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws, a re-draw will be conducted at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator on the following dates:

8.1 There will be one individual winner, prizes total to a combined prize value of $50,000.

9. MTA Travel Credit Additional Information

9.1 If the proposed travel package as listed in Clauses 6.1 a), 7.1 a) or 8.1 a) is not suitable, the MTA Travel Credit of $45,000 can be applied to other travel related products available from our nominated Prize Distributor.

9.2 All prize values are expressed in Australian Dollars and based on estimated retail value and exchange rates as at the 8 November 2025 and are inclusive of GST which is subject to change.

9.3 The prize will be distributed to the winner by our nominated Prize Distributor who will be responsible for all prize-related travel bookings:

9.4 By entering this promotion, you authorize us to provide your contact details to the Prize Distributor and authorize the Prize Distributor to contact you if you are the recipient of the prize, to arrange for delivery of the prize. You are responsible for ensuring correct contact details are provided at the time of entry into the promotion. Personal information collect in relation to your prize will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy found here www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/privacy.

9.5 The winner must book travel through the Prize Distributor and travel must be completed by 1 June 2027 unless prize is re-drawn. Winner to consult directly with the Prize Distributor regarding unused MTA Travel Credit.

9.6 Your ability to secure flights and accommodation for your preferred destination on your preferred dates is subject to availability. Although our Prize Distributor will use all reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferences, you may need to be flexible with dates, particularly if you choose an exclusive destination with limited availability. If you are selected as the winner, we strongly recommend you contact our Prize Distributor and book as soon as possible to maximise your chance of securing your preferred options.

9.7 Once booked, your travel and accommodation will be subject to fees for cancellation and may be in whole or part non-refundable. Dream Home Art Union will not be liable for any fees for cancellation or change of dates, non-refundable costs or any other associated costs. If you cancel or change travel dates following booking, this will be at your own expense and Dream Home Art Union will not be liable for any associated costs.

9.8 The prize is subject to Terms and Conditions of third-party suppliers including as follows:

a) MTA www.mtatravel.com.au/terms-and-conditions/

b) Airline and accommodation Terms and Conditions, as available on their websites and/ or provided to the winner at the time of booking.

9.9 Travel insurance is not included. We strongly encourage that you secure suitable Travel Insurance at the time of booking to cover items such as cancellations, medical and repatriation expenses, personal injuries and accidents, death, loss of personal baggage and money, and personal liability insurance.

9.10 Visas may be required for travel to and from the destination. The winner is responsible for ensuring they secure their own passport, visas and any other travel requirements.

9.11 The winner will be liable for all flights, travel and accommodation costs above the MTA Travel Credit amount.

9.12 The prize does not include any items other than those listed in clauses 6.1, 7.1 and 8.1 above. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, the prize does not include meals, insurance, taxes, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, travel to and from your home to your nearest capital city or any other ancillary costs.

9.13 If a prize (or portion of the prize) is unavailable for any reason, Dream Home Art Union reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification.

9.14 The prize is not otherwise substitutable or exchangeable in whole or part, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Dream Home Art Union.

9.15 Prior to travel booking, the prize winner may transfer the prize to a third party, so long as the third party agrees with Dream Home Art Union in writing to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in so far as they relate to use and acceptance of the prize.

9.16 Neither whole nor part of the MTA Travel Credit may be exchanged for cash.

10. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

10.1 By accepting the prize or any agreed substitute, the winner agrees:

a) that Dream Home Art Union, its directors, employees and contractors (Dream Home Art Union Personnel) will not be liable to the prize winner for any loss (whether direct, indirect, consequential or special), expense, damage (including damage to property), personal injury or death (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) which is sustained by the prize winner or if applicable their guest in connection with the prize (except for any liability which cannot be cannot be excluded by law, in which case that liability is limited to the minimum liability permitted by law).

b) to indemnify Dream Home Art Union Personnel for any claim for loss (whether direct, indirect, consequential or special), expense, damage (including damage to property), personal injury or death (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) contributed to by the winner or if applicable their guest in connection with their use or acceptance of the prize.

10.2 If requested to do so by Dream Home Art Union, prior to their acceptance of the prize, the prize winner and/or if applicable their guest (or any third party to whom the prize is transferred) must sign a formal legal document agreeing to limit the liability of, and indemnify, Dream Home Art Union on the same terms as the limitation of liability and indemnity in clause 10.1.

7. Additional terms relating to Prize Vehicles

7.1 There will be one individual winner, prizes total to a combined prize value of $50,000.

7.2 Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may not depict exact prize details.

7.3 If you are the winner of the Draw, we will pay for on-road costs for the prize vehicle (limited to GST, Luxury Car Tax, Stamp Duty, 12-month motor vehicle registration, compulsory third-party insurance and registration transfer fee). This part of the prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Prizes must be collected or delivered within 1 month after the Draw unless agreed otherwise.

7.4 Except for the costs set out in clause 7.3, all other costs are solely the responsibility of the winner of the Draw. The winner of the Draw will be responsible for all other ancillary or related costs and expenses, including security, maintenance, comprehensive motor vehicle insurance (and any other insurance not stated), optional extras and accessories, fuel, conditional registration and personal costs. We strongly recommend that vehicle insurance is purchased by the winner of the Draw before taking possession of the prize vehicle.

7.5 If the prize vehicle is or becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute the prize vehicle for another vehicle of equal or greater value, subject to any approvals required from regulatory authorities.

7.6 The winner of the Draw is responsible for making arrangements to claim their prize, including providing all necessary information and completing the necessary paperwork for registration, and collection or delivery of, the prize vehicle.

7.7 Prize vehicle is supplied by the Queensland auto dealer identified in this Terms and Conditions.

7.8 By entering the Draw, you authorise us to give your contact details to the relevant auto dealer and authorise the auto dealer to contact you if you are the winner of the Draw, to arrange for registration and collection or delivery of the prize vehicle. You are responsible for ensuring correct contact details are provided at the time of entry into the Draw.

7.9 We and, where applicable, the relevant auto dealer, reserve the right to request the winner of the Draw to provide their drivers licence and any other proof of identity required to register the prize vehicle.

7.10 The prize vehicle is subject to the relevant auto dealer’s standard Terms and Conditions of sale, which the winner of the Draw will be required to complete and sign upon collection of the prize vehicle (if applicable).

7.11 The risk in the prize vehicle (including insurance risk) will pass from the auto dealer to the winner of the Draw on registration, or collection or delivery of the prize vehicle, whichever comes first. Title to the prize vehicle will pass to the winner of the Draw on registration of the prize vehicle.

8. Additional terms relating to Retailer Vouchers

8.1 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions a ‘Retailer Voucher’ means any physical or digital Retailer Voucher that is or forms part of a prize.

8.2 You are responsible for ensuring correct contact details are provided at the time of entry into the promotion. Personal information collected in relation to your Retailer Voucher will be handled in accordance with our www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/privacy.

8.3 Retailer Vouchers are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash and are only redeemable at participating stores.

8.4 The Retailer Voucher is issued by the applicable Australian retailer and unless otherwise stated on the issuer’s Retailer Voucher, the Retailer Voucher is only redeemable at participating Australian stores.

8.5 For this promotion, the Retailer Voucher will be issued electronically.

8.6 The drawn winner will have the Retailer Voucher distributed from Thursday, 28 May 2026 to the registered email address.

8.7 Retailer Voucher listed in clause 6.1 c) of these Terms and Conditions is subject to the issuer’s Terms and Conditions.
