Dream Home Art Union Draw 424 (AU424L) - Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions are Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

1.2. Any terms used in the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions.

1.3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) The $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

b) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

c) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP Club Members are eligible for entry;

d) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

e) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

f) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1. Dream Home Art Union Draw 424 ‘Draw AU424L’ is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713 under the following permits: ACT Permit No. R24/00219.1, NSW Authority No. GOCAU/2332, NT Permit No. FNL1009, QLD Licence No. 29819, SA Permit No. M14681, VIC Permit No. 10454/24.

2.2. Draw AU424L will be open from 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday, 19 February 2025 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 2 April 2025 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 4,884,500 tickets in Draw AU424L, which may include a maximum of 1,240,468 Bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

2.4. Draw AU424L will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 9 April 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.5. Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Wednesday, 9 April 2025.

2.6. Further to clause 7.1 of the General Terms and Conditions, if you wish to purchase tickets in this Draw by money order, money orders are to be made payable to Dream Home Art Union Draw 424. All correspondence is to be directed to Locked Bag 4032, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.

4. Unclaimed Prizes

4.1. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the Draw. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for one year following the date of Draw AU424L a re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 9 April 2026, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

Draw AU425L will be open from 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday, 19 March 2025 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 21 May 2025 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 4,817,796 tickets in Draw AU425L, which may include a maximum of 1,276,263 Bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

2.4. Draw AU425L will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 28 May 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.5. Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Wednesday, 28 May 2025.

In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 5,334,300 tickets in Draw AU426L, which may include a maximum of 1,359,926 Bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

2.4. Draw AU426L will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 25 June 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.5. Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Wednesday, 25 June 2025.
