Dream Home Art Union Draw 433 (AU433L) - Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions are Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

1.2. Any terms used in the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions. 

1.3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence: 

a) VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws Terms and Conditions;

b) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP Club Members are eligible for entry; 

c) VIP Club Terms and Conditions; 

d) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions; 

e) General Terms and Conditions. 

2. Draw Details 

2.1. Dream Home Art Union Draw 433 ‘Draw AU433L’ is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713 under the following permits: ACT Permit No. R26/00043.1, NSW Authority No. GOCAU/2634, NT Permit No. FNL1009, QLD Licence No. 29819, SA Permit No. M14968, VIC Permit No. 10106/26.

2.2. Draw AU433L will be open from 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Friday, 14 August 2026 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets. 

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 14,981,300 tickets in Draw AU433L, which may include a maximum of 6,981,286 Bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval. 

2.4. Draw AU433L will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 19 August 2026 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator. 

2.5. Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Wednesday, 19 August 2026. 

2.6. Dream Home Art Union reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend any draw at any time for any reason and/or disqualify entries for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approvals.

3. Prizes 

3.1. Total Full Prize Value: $14,400,984

4. Unclaimed Prizes 

4.1. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the Draw. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for one year following the date of Draw AU433L a re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 19 August 2027, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

General

2. Any terms used in the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions.

3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

• Prize Home AU434L Terms and Conditions; 

• General Terms and Conditions.

• VIP Club Weekly Giveaway Draw Terms and Conditions;

• VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

• Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw;

Draw Details

4. Dream Home Art Union Draw 434 ‘Draw AU434L’ is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713, trading as Dream Home Art Union under the following permits: ACT Permit No. R26/00072, NSW Authority No. GOCAU/2634, NT Permit No. FNL1009, QLD Licence No. 29819, SA Permit No. M15001, VIC Permit No. MG-R26344543.

5. Draw AU434L will be open from 12:01am (AEST) on Saturday, 15 August 2026 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 14 October 2026 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets. 

6. We are permitted to sell up to 20,881,400 tickets in Draw AU434L, which may include a maximum of 13,280,570 Bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

7. Draw AU434L will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

8. Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Tuesday, 20 October 2026.

Additional terms relating to the Prize Vehicle 

11. For the purposes of these Draw Terms and Conditions a ‘prize vehicle’ means any vehicle forming part of the prize including any car, caravan, motor home or ride-on mower (if applicable).  

12. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may not depict exact prize details. 

13. If you are the winner of the Draw, we will pay for on-road costs for the prize vehicle (limited to GST, Luxury Car Tax, Stamp Duty, 12-month motor vehicle registration, compulsory third-party insurance and registration transfer fee). This part of the prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Prizes must be collected or delivered within 1 month after the Draw unless agreed otherwise.

14. Except for the costs set out in clause 13, all other costs are solely the responsibility of the winner of the Draw. The winner of the Draw will be responsible for all other ancillary or related costs and expenses, including security, maintenance, comprehensive motor vehicle insurance (and any other insurance not stated), optional extras and accessories, fuel, conditional registration and personal costs. We strongly recommend that vehicle insurance is purchased by the winner of the Draw before taking possession of the prize vehicle.

15. If the prize vehicle is or becomes unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute the prize vehicle for another vehicle of equal or greater value, subject to any approvals required from regulatory authorities.

16. The winner of the Draw is responsible for making arrangements to claim their prize, including providing all necessary information and completing the necessary paperwork for registration, and collection or delivery of, the prize vehicle. 

17. Prize vehicle is supplied by the Queensland auto dealer identified in this Terms and Conditions.  

18. By entering the Draw, you authorise us to give your contact details to the relevant auto dealer and authorise the auto dealer to contact you if you are the winner of the Draw, to arrange for registration and collection or delivery of the prize vehicle. You are responsible for ensuring correct contact details are provided at the time of entry into the Draw.  

19. We and, where applicable, the relevant auto dealer, reserve the right to request the winner of the Draw to provide their drivers licence and any other proof of identity required to register the prize vehicle. 

20. The prize vehicle is subject to the relevant auto dealer’s standard Terms and Conditions of sale, which the winner of the Draw will be required to complete and sign upon collection of the prize vehicle (if applicable).  

21. The risk in the prize vehicle (including insurance risk) will pass from the auto dealer to the winner of the Draw on registration, or collection or delivery of the prize vehicle, whichever comes first. Title to the prize vehicle will pass to the winner of the Draw on registration of the prize vehicle. 

Unclaimed Prizes

22. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the Draw. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for one year following the date of Draw AU434L a re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 21 October  2027, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.
