Dream Home Art Union Draw 430 (AU430L) - Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions are Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

1.2. Any terms used in the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions.

1.3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) VIP Club Exclusive Bonus Draws Terms and Conditions;

b) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP Club Members are eligible for entry;

c) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

d) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

e) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1. Dream Home Art Union Draw 430 ‘Draw AU430L’ is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713 under the following permits: ACT Permit No. R25/00179.1, NSW Authority No. GOCAU/2634, NT Permit No. FNL1009, QLD Licence No. 29819, SA Permit No. M14865, VIC Permit No. 10382/25.

2.2. Draw AU430L will be open from 12:01am (AEST) on Tuesday, 18 November 2025 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 25 February 2026 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 16,952,800 tickets in Draw AU430L, which may include a maximum of 7,949,380 Bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

2.4. Draw AU430L will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 4 March 2026 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.5. Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Wednesday, 4 March 2026.

3. Prizes

4. Unclaimed Prizes

4.1. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the Draw. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for one year following the date of Draw AU430L a re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 4 March 2027, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

Draw AU431L will be open from 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday, 28 January 2026 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 29 April 2026 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 14,274,060 tickets in Draw AU431L, which may include a maximum of 6,674,046 Bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

2.4. Draw AU431L will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 6 May 2026 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.5. Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Wednesday, 6 May 2026.
