VIP Luxury Package Draw 01 - AU421L - Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions are VIP Luxury Package Draw 01 Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

1.2. Any terms used in the VIP Luxury Package Draw 01 Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the VIP Luxury Package Draw 01 Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise specified.

1.3. In the event of any inconsistency between the VIP Luxury Package Draw 01 Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in the descending order of precedence:

a) VIP Luxury Package Draw 01 Terms and Conditions;

b) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

c) $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

d) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

e) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry;

f) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

g) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1. The VIP Luxury Package Draw 01 ‘VLPD01’ is a Bonus Draw conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713 under the following permits: ACT Permit No. TP24/02139, NSW Authority No. TP/00153, SA Permit No. M14601 and is open to eligible VIP members.

2.2. VLPD01 will open from 12:00am (AEST) Wednesday, 16 October 2024 and close at 11:59pm (AEST) Wednesday, 18 December 2024 ‘Draw Period’.

2.3. VLPD01 will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Monday, 23 December 2024 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.4. Winners will be notified directly, in writing, and results will be published on Monday, 23 December 2024 at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners.

2.5. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.

3. Entry and Eligibility

3.1. Active VIP members who have a valid subscription entry in Prize Home Draw AU421L and/ or AU422L ‘Qualifying Draws’ as at Draw close date on 11:59pm (AEST) Wednesday, 18 December 2024 ‘Eligibility Date’ will be automatically entered into VLPD01.

3.2. Each VIP member who meets the eligibility criteria in clause 3.1 will receive entries in VLPD01 equal to their nominated subscription entries/ tickets, plus any other entries/ tickets purchases within Draw Promotion Period (including Bonus tickets) for both Qualifying Draws.

3.3. If you have nominated yourself and another person as VIP members on one account, you and the other person together will be taken to be a single VIP member for the purpose of VLPD01.

3.4. Your entry into VLPD01 is by your unique sales reference number located on your AU421L and/ or AU422L tickets which is used to validate the drawn winning entry. You will not be sent a separate VLPD01 ticket.

4. Prize

4.1. Draw VLPD01 consists of one (1) individual winner, prizes total to a combined prize value of $63,786.

a) AFL Luxury Package – valued at up to $35,936
AFL ANZAC Day Match at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), from 12:00pm (AEDT), 25 April 2025

Inclusions:

1x Corporate Box for up to 16 Adults at the MCG for ANZAC Day 2025 match between Essendon and Collingwood. Includes food and beverage package from 12:00pm noon – valued at $23,500

Flights for 8 Adults from their nearest Australian Capital City to Melbourne – valued up to $9,592 (airline, ticket class and flight time at the prize distributor’s discretion) 3 nights Twin Share King accommodation at 4 Star+ (such as Crown Metropol/ Melbourne Marriott or equivalent), for up to 8 Adults in 4 rooms – valued at $4,944

Darcy Moore meet & greet at corporate box for pre-game training session, and one (1) Darcy Moore signed Jersey – valued at $5,250

b) $500 Uber voucher for the winner

c) $20,000 Cash

5. Additional terms relating to Prize

5.1. The prize will be distributed to the winner by our nominated prize distributor:

5.2. By entering this promotion, you authorise us to provide your contact details to the prize distributor and authorise the prize distributor to contact you if you are the recipient of the prize, to arrange for delivery of the prize. You are responsible for ensuring correct contact details are provided at the time of entry into the promotion. Personal information collect in relation to your prize will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy found here www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/privacy.

5.3. By entering this promotion you agree that RSLQ, its directors, employees and contractors will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage (including damage to property), personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with VLPD01, acceptance of the prize or participation by the winner or their guests in the prize experience (except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum liability permitted by law).

5.4. By entering this promotion you agree that the winner will indemnify RSLQ, its directors, employees and contractors for all loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage (including damage to property), personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with acceptance of the prize or participation of the winner or their guests in the prize experience.

5.5. If requested to do so by RSLQ prior to their acceptance of the prize or participation in the prize event, the winner and their guests must sign a formal legal document agreeing to limit the liability of RSLQ, its directors, employees and contractors in the same terms as the limitation of liability and indemnity in clauses 5.38 and 5.4 above.

5.6. The prize does not include any items other than those listed in clause 4.1. It does not include meals, taxes, insurance, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, travel to and from flight destination point or any other ancillary costs.

5.7. Any cash component of the prize exceeding $2,000 will be paid to the winner by crossed cheque made out to the winner (which may be in two names if you have nominated yourself and another person on the one VIP members account) or by EFT into a bank account nominated by the winner.

5.8. The prize is not substitutable or exchangeable in whole or part, unless otherwise specified in writing by RSLQ.

5.9. If a prize (or portion of the prize) is unavailable, RSLQ reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification. This includes Darcy Moore attendance: if Darcy Moore is unavailable for unforeseen reasons, he will be replaced by another Collingwood past or present player.

5.10. If the winner or one or more of their guests are unable to participate in all or part of the AFL Luxury Package, for a reason outside RSLQ’s control, (e.g. Illness, injury, missed flights, late arrival, etc), RSLQ has no obligation to provide a replacement or substitute.

5.11. The prize is subject to Terms and Conditions of third-party suppliers including as follows:

(a) MCG - MCG_Corporate_Hospitality_T&Cs.pdf (e-brochures.com.au)

(b) Uber - Juridic | Uber

(c) Airline and accommodation Terms and Conditions, as available on their websites or provided to the winner and their guests at the time of booking.

6. Marketing and Promotion

6.1. In order to promote the important charitable work of RSLQ, the winner and their guests may be asked to participate in reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to VLPD01 and to consent to their recording, interviewing, filming and photographing and use of the resulting audio, footage and images in marketing material, advertising, social media and other promotional materials without further reference or compensation to them. We understand that some winners or their guests may have reasons which mean they do not wish to participate in these activities or consent to use of their image: if this is the case, please advise RSLQ so we can ensure your privacy is respected.

7. Additional Terms Relating to Gift Cards

7.1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions a ‘Gift Card’ means any physical or digital gift card or voucher that is or forms part of a prize.

7.2. Gift Cards are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash and are only redeemable at participating stores.

7.3. The Gift Card is issued by the applicable Australian retailer and unless otherwise stated on the issuer’s Gift Card, the Gift Card is only redeemable at participating Australian stores.

7.4. For this promotion, the Gift Card will be issued electronically.

7.5. Gift Cards listed in clause 4.1 of these Terms and Conditions are subject to the issuers Terms and Conditions.

8. Unclaimed Prizes

8.1. Prizes must be claimed within one (1) month of winner’s notification otherwise will be deemed forfeited.

8.2. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for one (1) month and one (1) week following the Draw a re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 30 January 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 at by way of approved random number generator. Re-Draw as per clause 7 will occur until the prize is claimed.

 

Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 09 – AU420L – Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions are Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 09 Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the RSL Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.rslartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

1.2 Any terms used in the Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 09 Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 09 Terms and Conditions.

1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 09 Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 09 Terms and Conditions;

b) The $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

c) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

d) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry;

e) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

2. Draw Details

2.1 The Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 09 ‘BTG09’ is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713, under the following permit: NSW Authority No. TP/00153.

2.2 BTG09 will be open from 12:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 11 September 2024 and will close at 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 30 October 2024 ‘Draw Period’.

2.3 BTG09 will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Thursday, 7 November 2024 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD by way of approved random number generator.

2.4 Winners will be notified directly, and results will be published at www.rslartrunion.com.au/winners on Thursday, 7 November 2024..

3. Entry and Eligibility

3.1 Active VIP members who have a valid ticket in the current Prize Home Draw AU420L as at 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 30 October 2024 will be automatically entered into BTG09.

3.2 Each VIP member who meets the eligibility criteria in clause 3.1, will receive entries in Draw BTG09 equal to their nominated entries/ tickets (including Bonus tickets) for Draw AU420L.

3.3 If you have nominated yourself and another person as VIP members on one account, you and the other person together will be taken to be a single VIP member for the purpose of Draw BTG09.

3.4 Your entry into Draw BTG09 is by your unique sales reference number located on your AU420L ticket which is used to validate the drawn winning entry. You will not be sent a separate Draw BTG09 ticket.

3.5 South Australian residents are not eligible for Draw BTG09.

4. Prize

4.1 BTG09 consists of ten (10) individual prizes that total to a combined prize value of $10,000. Each prize is comprised of a $1,000 ticket book into Prize Home Draw AU421L.

4.2 Eligible recipients will receive their Prize Tickets via their ticket delivery preference commencing from Thursday, 7 November 2024 and will have received them by AU421L close at 8:00pm (AEST) Wednesday, 18 December 2024.

5. Unclaimed Prizes

5.1 Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of BTG09. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for three months following the draw, a re-Draw will be conducted from a pool of eligible customers.

5.2 To be eligible for this unclaimed prize draw customers must have:

a) Had an active VIP membership and valid entry in the Prize Home Draw AU420L as at 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 30 October 2024; and

b) Have an open Art Union Account at the date of this unclaimed prize draw, see clause 5.4 for date.

c) South Australian residents are not eligible for the BTG09 re-Draw.

5.3 The prize/s for this unclaimed prize draw will be a $1,000 ticket book into Prize Home Draw AU423L.

5.4 This BTG09 re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 13 February 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.
