Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 11 – AU424L – Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions are Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 11 Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/terms-and-conditions.

1.2 Any terms used in the Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 11 Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 11 Terms and Conditions.

1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 11 Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 11 Terms and Conditions;

b) $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

c) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

d) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP Club Members are eligible for entry;

e) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

f) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

g) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1 The Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 11 ‘BTG11’ is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713, under the following permit: NSW Authority No. TP/00153.

2.2 BTG11 will be open from 12:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 19 February 2025 and will close at 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 2 April 2025 ‘Draw Period’.

2.3 BTG11 will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Thursday, 10 April 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.4 Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Thursday, 10 April 2025.

3. Entry and Eligibility

3.1 Active VIP Club Members who have a valid subscription ticket in the current Prize Home Draw AU424L as at 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 2 April 2025 will be automatically entered into BTG11.

3.2 Each VIP Club Member who meets the eligibility criteria in clause 3.1, will receive entries in Draw BTG11 equal to their nominated entries/ tickets (including Bonus tickets) for Draw AU424L.

3.3 If you have nominated yourself and another person as VIP Club Members on one account, you and the other person together will be taken to be a single VIP Club Member for the purpose of Draw BTG11.

3.4 Your entry into Draw BTG11 is by your unique sales reference number located on your Draw AU424L ticket which is used to validate the drawn winning entry. You will not be sent a separate Draw BTG11 ticket.

3.5 South Australian residents are not eligible for Draw BTG11.

4. Prize

4.1 BTG11 consists of ten (10) individual prizes that total to a combined prize value of $10,000. Each prize is comprised of a $1,000 ticket book into Prize Home Draw AU425L.

4.2 Eligible recipients will receive their Prize Tickets via their ticket delivery preference commencing from Thursday, 10 April 2025 and will have received them by AU425L close at 8:00pm (AEST) Wednesday, 21 May 2025.

5. Unclaimed Prizes

5.1 Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of BTG11. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for three months following the Draw, a re-Draw will be conducted from a pool of eligible customers.

5.2 To be eligible for this unclaimed prize Draw customers must have:

a) Had an active VIP Club Membership and valid entry in the Prize Home Draw AU424L as at 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 2 April 2025; and

b) Have an open Art Union Account at the date of this unclaimed prize Draw, see clause 5.4 for date.

c) South Australian residents are not eligible for the BTG11 re-Draw.

5.3 The prize/s for this unclaimed prize draw will be a $1,000 ticket book into Prize Home Draw AU427L. 5.4 This BTG11 re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 10 July 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

Dream Home Art Union AU425 $20 VIP Club Reward Tickets Promotion 07 (VRTP07) - Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions are the AU425 $20 VIP Club Reward Tickets Promotion 07 (VRTP07) Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Any tickets purchased are governed by the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/terms-and-conditions.

1.3 Any terms used in the VRTP07 Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the VRTP07 Terms and Conditions.

1.4 In the event of any inconsistency between the VRTP07 Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) VRTP07 Terms and Conditions;

b) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

c) any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP Club Members are eligible for entry;

d) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions; and

e) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Details

2.1 VRTP07 is conducted by Returned & Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) ABN 79 902 601 713 (RSL Queensland).

2.2 VRTP07 will open at 12:00am (AEST) Monday, 3 March 2025 and will close at 5:00pm (AEST) Tuesday, 18 March 2025 ‘Promotion Period’.

2.3 This is a gift-based promotion. Those customers formally invited in accordance to clause 3.1 who meet the eligibility criteria listed in clause 3.1 during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) $20 Ticket Book in Dream Home Art Union Draw AU425L ‘VIP Club Reward Tickets’ conducted by RSL Queensland.

2.4 We reserve the right to extend the Promotion Period at any time without notice. Please refer to www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au for up-to-date Draw details.

2.5 VIP Club Reward Ticket recipients will be determined in accordance with the eligibility criteria in VRTP07 Terms and Conditions as at 5:00pm (AEST) Tuesday, 18 March 2025 ‘Eligibility Date’.

2.6 Eligible recipients will receive their VIP Club Rewards Tickets via their ticket delivery preference commencing 12:00pm (AEST) Monday, 31 March 2025 and will have received them by Draw AU425L close on 8:00pm (AEST) Wednesday, 21 May 2025.

2.7 In the event that all tickets in Draw AU425L are depleted, a ticket book of equal value will be provided in the proceeding Dream Home Art Union Draw 426 (AU426L).

3. Eligibility Criteria

3.1 To be eligible for the VRTP07, you must:

a) Be formally invited by RSL Queensland to participate in the promotion via email;

b) Remain a VIP Club Member throughout the Promotion Period;

c) Subscribed to a ticket book value of either $20, $30, $50, $80, $100 or $150 ‘Qualifying Ticket Book’;

d) Have and continue to hold at the Eligibility Date, a Qualifying Ticket Book in Dream Home Art Union Draw 425 (AU425L) ‘Qualifying Draw’; and

e) Have fully paid for the Qualifying Ticket Book in the Qualifying Draw up to the end of the Promotion Period and not subsequently sought a cancellation or refund in respect of your Qualifying Ticket Book before the Eligibility Date.

3.2 We reserve the right to determine whether an individual has or has not met the eligibility criteria.

4. VIP Club Reward Tickets

4.1 Each individual that has met the eligibility criteria in clause 3.1 will receive one (1) $20 Ticket Book in Dream Home Art Union Draw 425 (AU425L).

4.2 The VIP Club Reward Tickets are strictly limited to one per person. If you hold or create multiple eligible VIP Club Membership accounts, you are eligible to receive VIP Club Reward Tickets for the first eligible account only.

4.3 The VIP Club Reward Tickets cannot be transferred or exchanged and are not redeemable for cash.

50K Your Way Draw 02 – AU425L – Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions are $50K Your Way Draw 02 Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/terms-and-conditions.

1.2 Any terms used in the $50K Your Way Draw 02 Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the $50K Your Way Draw 02 Terms and Conditions.

1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the $50K Your Way Draw 02 Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in the descending order of precedence:

a) $50K Your Way Draw 02 Terms and Conditions;

b) $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

c) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

d) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP Club Members are eligible for entry;

e) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

f) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

g) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1 The $50K Your Way Draw 02 ‘YWD02’ is a Bonus Draw conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713 under the following permits: ACT Permit No. TP25/00269, NSW Authority No. TP/00153, SA Permit No. M14680 and is open to eligible VIP Club Members only.

2.2 YWD02 will open from 12:00am (AEST) Wednesday, 19 March 2025 and close at 11:59pm (AEST) Thursday, 10 April 2025 ‘Draw Period’.

2.3 YWD02 will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Thursday, 17 April 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.4 Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Thursday, 17 April 2025.

3. Entry and Eligibility

3.1 Active VIP Club Members who have a valid subscription entry in the current Prize Home Draw AU425L on Draw close date at 11:59pm (AEST) Thursday, 10 April 2025 will be automatically entered into YWD02.

3.2 Each VIP Club Member who meets the eligibility criteria in clause 3.1 will receive entries in YWD02 equal to their nominated subscription entries/ tickets, plus any other entries/ tickets purchases within Draw Period (including Bonus tickets) for the current Prize Home Draw AU425L.

3.3 If you have nominated yourself and another person as VIP Club Members on one account, you and the other person together will be taken to be a single VIP Club Member for the purpose of YWD02.

3.4 Your entry into YWD02 is by your unique sales reference number located on your AU425L ticket which is used to validate the drawn winning entry. You will not be sent a separate YWD02 ticket.

4. Prize

4.1 The prize is $50,000 cash.

4.2 Any prize exceeding $2,000 will be paid to the winner by crossed cheque made out to the winner (which may be in two names if you have nominated yourself and another person on the one VIP Club Members account) or by EFT into a bank account nominated by the winner.

4.3 You may elect for the whole prize to be paid by the method in clause 4.2 by notifying us.

5. Unclaimed Prizes

5.1 Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the YWD02. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for three months following the draw a re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) Thursday, 17 July 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 at by way of approved random number generator.
