Dream Home Art Union Draw 422 (AU422L) - Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions are Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/termsandconditions .

1.2. Any terms used in the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions.

1.3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) The $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

b) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

c) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry;

d) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

e) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

f) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1. Dream Home Art Union Draw AU422 'Draw AU422L' is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713 under the following permits: ACT Permit No. R24/00152.1, NSW Authority No. GOCAU/2332, NT Permit No. FNL1009, QLD Licence No. 29819, SA Permit No. M14634, VIC Permit No. 10324/24.

2.2. Draw AU422L will be open from 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday, 11 December 2024 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 22 January 2025 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 4,596,500 tickets in Draw AU422L, which may include a maximum of 1,176,152 Bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

2.4. Draw AU422L will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 29 January 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.5. Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners on Wednesday, 29 January 2025.

2.6. Further to clause 7.1 of the General Terms and Conditions, if you wish to purchase tickets in this Draw by money order, money orders are to be made payable to Dream Home Art Union Draw 422. All correspondence is to be directed to Locked Bag 4032, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.

3. Prizes

3.1. Total Prize Value: $3,535,789

b) Gold Bullion - $700,000

c) Travel Voucher - $3,000

4. Unclaimed Prizes

4.1. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the Draw. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for one year following the date of AU422L a re-draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 29 January 2026, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 8,067,024 tickets in Draw AU423L, which may include a maximum of 2,096,865 Bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

2.4. Draw AU423L will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 26 March 2025 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.
