Dream Home Art Union VIP Hero Draw No. 20 (VIP20L) - Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions are Dream Home Art Union VIP Hero Draw Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Home Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at dreamhomeartunion.com.au/terms-and-conditions.

1.2. Any terms used in the Dream Home Art Union VIP Hero Draw Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Dream Home Art Union VIP Hero Draw Terms and Conditions.

1.3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Dream Home Art Union VIP Hero Draw Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) Dream Home Art Union VIP Hero Draw Terms and Conditions;

b) The $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

c) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

d) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry;

e) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

f) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

g) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1. Dream Home Art Union VIP Hero Draw No. 20 ‘Draw VIP20L’ is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) ABN 79 902 601 713 under the following permits: ACT Permit No. R24/00176.1, NSW Authority No. GOCAU/2332, NT Permit No. FNL1009, QLD Licence No. 29819, SA Permit No. M14645, VIC Permit No. 10366/24 and is open to eligible VIP members.

2.2. Draw VIP20L will be open from 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday, 13 November 2024 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 18 December 2024 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 3,318,000 tickets in Draw VIP20L, which may include a maximum of 836,733 Bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

2.4. Draw VIP20L will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Monday, 23 December 2024 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.5. Winners will be notified directly in writing, and results will be published on Monday, 23 December 2024 at dreamhomeartunion.com.au/winners.

2.6. Further to clause 7.1 of the dreamhomeartunion.com.au/terms-and-conditions, if you wish to purchase tickets in this Draw by money order, money orders are to be made payable to Dream Home Art Union VIP Hero Draw No, 20. All correspondence is to be directed to Locked Bag 4032, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.

3. Entry and Eligibility

3.1. To be entered into Draw VIP20L, an entrant must:

a) Be an active VIP member on Draw open date at 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday, 13 November 2024; and

b) have a valid entry in Draw VIP20L;

3.2. Additional tickets/ entries are not available for Draw VIP20L.

4. Prizes

4.1. Draw VIP20L consists of one (1) individual winner. The prize in VIP20L is $2,500,000 Gold Bullion.

4.2. Additional Terms Relating to the Prize

a) Where the prize includes Gold Bullion, the gold is valued at the purchase price on the date of purchase;

b) Selling costs and market variations apply when selling Gold Bullion. All selling costs and market variations are the responsibility of the winner.

5. Unclaimed Prizes

5.1. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the Draw. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for one year following the date of Draw VIP20L a re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 8 January 2026, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.
