Dream Home Art Union Velocity Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Details

a) The Dream Home Art Union Velocity Promotion is open to new and existing Dream Home VIP Club members (VIP Club), (also referred to as you or your) who satisfy the eligibility criteria for either the Dream Home Sign Up Bonus Offer or the Dream Home Link Bonus Offer (Promotion). Velocity Points can only be received under one of these offers subject to satisfaction of the relevant offer eligibility criteria.

b) The Promotion will commence at 12:00am (AEST) Thursday 18 September 2025 and will continue until changed, extended, suspended or terminated by RSL Queensland and Velocity (Promotion Period). c) The Dream Home Art Union is managed by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) ABN 79 902 601 713 (RSL Queensland). The terms and conditions of the Dream Home Art Union available at www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au/terms-and-conditions (General Terms and Conditions) apply to tickets purchased in each draw and the terms and conditions of the VIP Club are available at https://dreamhomeartunion.com.au/terms-and-conditions?type=VIP+Club (VIP Club Terms and Conditions) apply to all subscriptions to the VIP Club including those under this Promotion.

d) The Velocity Frequent Flyer program is operated by Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd ABN 60 601 408 824 (Velocity). Velocity membership and Velocity Points earn and redemption are subject to the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions available at https://experience.velocityfrequentflyer.com/member-support/terms-conditions (Velocity Membership Terms) as amended from time to time.

2. Dream Home Sign Up Bonus Offer

2.1 To be eligible, you must:

a) be a current Velocity Frequent Flyer Member (Velocity Member). If you’re not a Velocity Member you can join here: https://join.velocityfrequentflyer.com;

b) purchase a new subscription to the VIP Club during the Promotion Period requiring a Monthly Payment of $50 or greater (Monthly Payment), exclusively from the Dream Home Art Union website (www.dreamhomeartunion.com.au) (Dream Home Website);

c) opt-in to participate in the Promotion by linking a valid Velocity membership to your VIP Club subscription before your second Monthly Payment is due; and

d) not have already received the Dream Home Sign Up Bonus Offer within last the 12 months.

2.2 You can link your Velocity membership account by:

a) providing and linking your Velocity membership when signing up to the VIP Club via the Dream Home Website; or

b) once you have become a member of the VIP Club, by logging into the ‘My Account’ section of the Dream Home Website and providing and linking your Velocity membership details.

2.3 Velocity Points awarded:

a) Subject to satisfaction of the Dream Home Sign Up Bonus Offer eligibility criteria, a one-time award of 10,000 Velocity Points will be made after your second consecutive and successful Monthly Payment.

b) From your third consecutive and successful Monthly Payment, an award of 1,000 Velocity Points will be made after each successful Monthly Payment, for a maximum of 10 consecutive Monthly Payments.

c) The maximum Velocity Points awarded for each subscription with a linked Velocity membership under the Dream Home Sign Up Bonus offer is limited to 20,000 Velocity Points within the Promotion Period.

d) It is your responsibility to be aware of your Monthly Payment date. You can log into the My Account section of the Dream Home Website to find this information.

e) Velocity Points will usually be allocated by Velocity 48 hours after a successful Monthly Payment has been received.

2.4 Ongoing conditions and exclusions:

a) New VIP Club members must link their Velocity Membership before their second consecutive and successful Monthly Payment is due. You will not be eligible for the Dream Home Sign Up Bonus offer if you link a Velocity membership after the second Monthly Payment due date. You may become eligible for the Dream Home Link Bonus offer instead. See section 3 below for eligibility.

b) Your Velocity membership must remain linked to your subscription for the duration of the Promotion Period to continue to be eligible to receive the Dream Home Sign Up Bonus Offer.

c) The following Termination Events listed below will result in you no longer being eligible for the Dream Home Sign Up Bonus Offer:

• If you fail to make a Monthly Payment;
• If your subscription is cancelled;
• If you pause your subscription;
• If you downgrade your Monthly Ticket Book to below $50; and
• If you have a suspension placed on your account.

d) Following a Termination Event during the Promotion Period, you will not be eligible to participate in the Dream Home Sign Up Bonus Offer again with the same subscription. If you commence a new VIP Club subscription, it will only be eligible for the Dream Home Sign Up Bonus if more than 12 months has passed from the date of the Termination Event and if it satisfies the Dream Home Sign Up Bonus eligibility criteria.

e) Any existing VIP Club member who held an active VIP Club subscription prior to and at the commencement of the Promotion Period and who subsequently terminates that subscription, will not be eligible for the Dream Home Sign Up Bonus Offer for a period of 12 months from the Termination Event.

f) For the avoidance of doubt, you will not be eligible for the Dream Home Sign Up Bonus Offer if you join the VIP Club through a channel other than the Dream Home Website.

3. Dream Home Link Bonus Offer

3.1 To be eligible, you must:

a) be a current Velocity Member. If you’re not a Velocity Member you can join here: https://join.velocityfrequentflyer.com;

b) have an active subscription to VIP Club and have:

• joined prior to the start of the Promotion Period with a VIP Club subscription requiring a Monthly Payment of $50 or greater; or
• joined on or after the Promotion Period with a VIP Club subscription requiring a Monthly Payment of $50 or greater and have not met the linking requirements eligibility for the Dream Home Sign Up Bonus Offer;

c) opt-in to participate in the Promotion by linking a valid Velocity membership to your existing VIP Club subscription by providing your Velocity membership number, first and last name to Dream Home Art Union by logging into the ‘My Account’ section of the Dream Home Website; and

d) not have previously received the Dream Home Link Bonus Offer.

3.2 Velocity Points awarded:

a) Subject to satisfaction of the Dream Home Link Bonus Offer eligibility criteria, a one-time award of 5,000 Velocity Points will be made after your second and consecutive successful Monthly Payment.

b) From your third consecutive and successful Monthly Payment, an award of 1,000 Velocity Points will be made after each Monthly Payment for a maximum of 10 consecutive Monthly Payments.

c) The maximum Velocity Points able to be awarded for each subscription with a linked Velocity membership under the Dream Home Link Bonus offer is limited to 15,000 Velocity Points within the Promotion Period.

d) It is your responsibility to be aware of your VIP Club monthly payment date. You can log into the My Account section of the Dream Home Website to find this information.

e) Velocity Points will usually be allocated 48 hours after a successful Monthly Payment has been received.

3.3 Ongoing conditions and exclusions:

a) Your Velocity membership must remain linked to your subscription for the duration of the Promotion Period to continue to be eligible to receive the Dream Home Link Bonus offer;

b) The following Termination Events listed below will result in you no longer being eligible for the Dream Home Link Bonus Offer:

• If you fail to make a Monthly Payment;
• If your subscription is cancelled;
• If you pause your subscription;
• If you downgrade your Monthly Payment to below $50; or
• If you have a suspension placed on your account.

c) Following a Termination Event during the Promotion Period, you will not be eligible to participate in the Dream Home Link Up Bonus Offer again with the same subscription.

d) This offer excludes subscriptions who have qualified for the Dream Home Sign Up Bonus Offer.

4. General

a) If your VIP Club subscription nominates more than one name as VIP Club members, your linked Velocity account must be one of the names nominated to qualify for the Promotion.

b) The closure of the linked Velocity membership during the Promotion Period will forfeit your allocation of Velocity Points.

c) All Velocity Points redemptions are subject to availability, which may be limited.

d) RSL Queensland and Velocity reserve the right to revoke or prevent the allocation of any Velocity Points if either party suspects a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Velocity Terms & Conditions or if either party suspects that Velocity Points have been obtained fraudulently or illegally.
